Quick end of the month update on Beatrix

I’m really enjoying working on her and would love to finish during Feb so I can stop feeling guilty for not starting the birth sampler for grandson #3 who is due to join the world on Feb 16!

A good friend lent me her copy of Needleprints Beatrix Potter Quaker Sampler and I made it my Jan1st start for the year.

I’m stitching it on 36 count Strawflower linen from Lakeside Linens using Paint Box thread silk with a little bit Needlepoint silk for highlights
