Progress and a finish
Last week's progress on the fruit, I've already filled in the gaps in the green this evening
And I did manage to finish Magical Night on Friday
I used the called for colours but decided to stitch one swirl with the JCS version not the express chart version just because I could :)

A rubbish post
Yes folks it's that time once more when bloggers across the land take and post piccies of rubbish for the TUSAL
I don't know why this one turned out so dark but it's far better than the one with the flash!
Orts have been added from Lake District sampler, St Basil's, Magical night, fruit and lots of sewing cotton from hexies.
Still adding lots of white to my beading orts but if you look closely you might just spot a bit of green

Last Friday's progress on Magical Night.
All the swirls are done so it's on the cauldron this week, looking good for a finish this month
And my weekend progress on St Basil's, it's getting there slowly

Magical night update
I've been working on Magical night while I wait for Pat to finish her turtles and I've spent the last few days on it since finishing the Lake District sampler.
The area I've been working on
And an overall piccie of it
Not much more to do really which is why I'm hoping to finish it this month

High Tea pincushion
I went on a weekend class with Oak Tree Crafts last weekend and apart from the B & B can cancelling and not telling me until I was there I had a great time.
So the mould started out looking a little plain and boring (this is an extra I brought home)
By the end of the 2 day class it looked like this
And after a couple more days of working on it at home and a root round in my bead stash for extra of one of the beads (I dropped a lot of them on class undoing it because of mistakes)
Tada one completed pincushion
Whenever Oak Tree does a weekend class you get a gift and this time it was one to fit in with theme.
I love these teapot/cup combos and use them often esp when I have green tea

September progress & October goals
For September I said
Keep up the hexie flower production and maybe start putting them together into a quilt Both done and I signed up for the Christmas petal swap
Pick a project to fill in on Friday's until Pat is ready I went with Magical Night
Lake District to 3/4 done I did far better and finished it :)
Keep selling stash, I need the room! A few things have gone to new homes
For October I'd like to
Keep up hexie flower production and get at least 1/4 of the Christmas swap sent out
Make a decent start on the second paid project
It would be nice to finish Magical Night
Keep selling stash
I stitched for 49 hours 15 mins in September had no new starts and 1 finish and 2 days with no stitching :( both were very long tiring days and I just didn't have the energy to stitch :( combined with a busy month and my hours were down but I finished the Lake District sampler so who cares :)
Current PHD total = 27
