This is Child's Heart from JCS June 1990.
The original has some wording underneath but I wasn't very keen on it when I stitched it back in 2002 so left it off I did however make the fabric big enough to be able to turn it into a birth sampler if the need ever arose. Oh and he didn't have an eye but Mel insisted I give him one so he could see

I love seeing all these TWs. I've got most of them on my "to stitch" list, but I'm still trying to find the charts for a few of them.
