Nova

I started this a few years ago on my birthday (I've started a new record book this year and my old one isn't handy to check but I think it was 2004/5). Today I was suffering from itchy fingers not for a new start but for a PHD I could use my stand for and Nova won. I've decided to try and get a square a day done for this month at least then I'll see how I feel. I do wish I'd done it yesterday so I could of added it to my goals for the month and now I can't be bothered to go back and edit the post!
I did the square for today after I took this because I wanted to have a starting point to look back at and I will try and remember to share progress once a week or so, feel free to give me a prod if you think I'm taking to long to post one.

Jayne asked if I use a stopwatch or log book to keep track of my hours and the answer is yes :)
I use a stopwatch to do my timing (obviously!) and I use Erin's Rotation System to keep track of my hours (along with bits of paper)which at the end of the month are written down in a book. Maybe I should bore you all rigid with how I do/track my rotation sometime.

I discovered rotation stitching last year and it is fabulous! I wouldn't be bored a bit to hear how you work your rotation. I love your new (old) piece.

I may try the stopwatch idea but that might just scare the stitch out of me. I am also going to check out that rotation system. I have been trying to stick to one page on a certain project, then move to the next project and complete one page on that one.
Be always in stitches.

This piece is going to be beautiful when it is finished. I wouldn't be bored to hear about your rotation, I need to look into doing something like this. It probably helps from getting bored on the larger projects.

Will be nice to see the progess on this. Hmm, stopwatch. That explains how you know how long you stitch for... If anything I measure it by number of movies and TV shows....

I got so behind. You have so many nice finishes and I love the piece you are working on.

Nova looks lovely.
My rotation... has no rhythm that I can discern. I just randomly stitch multiple things.
